Activate Java in Google Chrome

Google has chosen to disable Java in the Google Chrome browser after version 42. This affects our chatbox, because of this change the chatbox can no longer be opened.

In order to solve this problem, there are two possibilities. You can activate Java or you can use a different browser; for example Internet Explorer, Firefox or Opera.

Below is a guide to enable Java in Google Chrome.

1. Copy this address:

chrome://flags/#enable-npapi

and place it in the address bar (prefer in a new window) and press enter.

2. A page will be loaded with Google Chrome settings. Click the Enable NPAPI setting.

3. After that, click "Relaunch Now" at the bottom of your Chrome window. Note: Closing and reopening Chrome is not sufficient, you must click the "Relaunch Now" button.

WARNING! Chrome will no longer support Java from September and you'll have to use another browser to open our chatbox.

We apologize for any inconvenience.
